Salary: €60,000 base + OTE + Company Car


About the Role

Crewit Resourcing is seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive to drive sales of our small to medium Generator and UPS product range (50 kVA – 600 kVA, non‑project).


This is a field‑based role focused on building strong relationships with electrical contractors and SME end‑users, growing market presence, and delivering consistent sales performance.


Responsibilities

  • Sell the company’s range of generators and UPS systems within the 50–600 kVA category.
  • Develop new business with electrical contractors and small to medium end‑users.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and solution‑based consultations.
  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships across the Dublin region.
  • Provide accurate product guidance and recommend suitable generator/UPS options.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client engagements.

Requirements (must haves)

  • Must be Dublin‑based with the ability to travel to client sites.
  • Proven experience selling generators, UPS systems, or related electrical/critical‑power equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of power products, including basic kVA sizing and application understanding.
  • Existing relationships with electrical contractors or experience selling into contractor channels.
  • Background from companies such as Finning, DE Power, MW Hire, MacGen, or Ashfield Power Services is highly advantageous.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. xcfaprz
