At Targeted Provision, we collaborate with Schools and Local Authorities in your area, seeking passionate Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of Young People with SEND and SEMH needs in your community!

We are looking for dedicated SEND Tutors and Teachers who are eager to make a difference in the lives of disengaged , at-risk , and vulnerable learners . • Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD
• Subjects: Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote roles
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment

• Provide in-person , online , and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report on lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress
