Housekeeping Attendant - Day Shift

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Les Jardins Logidor residence is pleased to welcome just over 230 independent, semi-independent, and dependent residents. A warm, truly welcoming, and very appreciative clientele! A close-knit team and human-centered management!
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility's common areas.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Keep the work environment clean
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
• Taking out the trash
• Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma (SSD)
