We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri! In this versatile role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities may include picking orders, packing items, stocking shelves, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. Ensuring a safe working environment through proper procedures and the use of PPE is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
