Job Summary:
Join our logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada as an Inventory Control Specialist! This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, directly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management. Your work is key to smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure data accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies promptly, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including adjustments, transfers, and receipts.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock situations.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with operations, receiving, and shipping departments to address inventory-related issues.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
  • Oversee the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within the inventory control function.
  • Support activities that may require moderate Lifting, while prioritizing accuracy and control over raw physical exertion.
  • Promote a culture of Safety and accountability in all inventory management practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts.
  • Understanding of Safety protocols relevant to inventory management and warehouse environments.
