As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This dual role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will utilize pick lists or scanning technology to locate products and ensure they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Safety is a paramount concern, and you will be expected to follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial, but we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order requirements.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
