Our logistics team in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurate, properly documented, and dispatched on time. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, verifying order details against packed goods, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records. This position is crucial to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and requires a strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation. You will work closely with the warehouse floor staff and customer service representatives to resolve any shipping discrepancies. Safety is paramount, and you will be trained on and expected to adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE. While this role is less physically demanding than some warehouse positions, occasional Lifting of packages may be required. Experience with shipping software and a familiarity with different carrier services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL) is highly desirable. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, a problem-solver, and committed to accuracy in all aspects of their work. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print shipping labels for all outgoing packages.

- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.
- Perform data entry related to shipments.
- Adhere to all Safety practices and procedures.
- Use appropriate PPE as required for any physical tasks.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
