We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a range of essential tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing goods for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring accuracy in all handling processes, and contributing to a culture of Safety. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs) of various materials. Strict adherence to Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential. - Assisting with the unloading and receiving of inbound shipments
- Placing received items into appropriate storage locations
- Picking items accurately based on customer orders
- Packing orders securely for transit
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures
