We are hiring Warehouse Workers in Fort Worth, Texas to support our dynamic logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. We are seeking motivated individuals who are dedicated to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and above all, Safety in their work. You will contribute directly to our supply chain's success by maintaining high standards in inventory management and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against relevant documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring product integrity.
- Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and participate in physical inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, focusing on Safety guidelines.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE consistently.
- Perform manual tasks involving Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics processes through diligent work.
- Uphold the highest standards of workplace Safety in all activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory. Team player with good communication skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Commitment to Safety and understanding of proper Lifting techniques is mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Compliance with PPE requirements is essential.
