Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists and RF scanner instructions.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Verify item quantities against order requirements.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and RF scanner instructions.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for quantity verification.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
