Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of productivity, and adhere to all safety regulations. The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is essential. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
