Join our vibrant Logistics team in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Receiving Clerk! In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the moment goods arrive. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and properly documenting all received items. You will work closely with our inventory management system to update stock levels and report any discrepancies. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are paramount. Safety is a non-negotiable aspect of our operations; you must adhere to all Safety guidelines and consistently use the required PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including Lifting of packages and inventory items, typically up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse receiving procedures and a basic understanding of inventory control are beneficial. You will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our entire Logistics network.
