We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This is a hands-on role vital to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. A strong commitment to Safety is mandatory; all associates must adhere to company Safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves regular physical activity, including considerable Lifting of goods, potentially up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions carefully.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
