Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanners.
- Verify item numbers and quantities against orders.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment.
- Stage orders for consolidation and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment accuracy and speed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with order picking or warehouse operations a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
