We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to our logistics and distribution process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick orders from inventory using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Label shipments correctly for transit.
- Receive and put away incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of performing frequent Lifting and moving of packages up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
