Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with care.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and inventory.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Follow all procedures for the correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support other warehouse functions as required, which may involve significant Lifting of packages up to 60 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe workplace.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and Lifting for extended periods.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
