Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks within the distribution center, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to products.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Follow proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and put-away of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
