Join our Salt Lake City, Utah team as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our e-commerce fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with speed and precision. Your contributions are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our logistics network. You will utilize various warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, to move merchandise throughout the facility. Accuracy in order fulfillment and the careful handling of products to prevent damage are top priorities. We foster a culture of safety, requiring all associates to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests, at all times. This position involves regular lifting and requires physical stamina to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided on our order fulfillment systems and best practices in logistics. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment and logistics environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
