You will be involved in all stages of order processing, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment to customers.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, organizing it for easy access.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent checking and participation in cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment quotas and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and the consistent use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
