We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing e-commerce warehouse in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with a team to manage inventory, maintain a clean workspace, and uphold all safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, coordinating with carriers.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to established guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory, orders, or safety to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or picking/packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting repeatedly.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for meeting customer demands.
