Join our energetic team as an Order Picker in the exciting city of Las Vegas, Nevada! In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your precision and speed are crucial to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics. You will navigate the warehouse, using pick lists or scanning equipment to locate and gather products. Careful handling and preparation for shipment are also key aspects of this position. We prioritize a safe working environment, so strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE is expected. The role requires individuals who are physically fit, capable of consistent lifting, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company and contribute to our successful logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, scanners, or other designated tools.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to warehouse standards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks when required.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and assist colleagues as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is a strong plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and reaching.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
