This critical role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and condition of our warehouse stock, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough physical inventories, performing regular cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies to maintain precise inventory records. You will work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and operational staff to implement best practices in inventory control. A comprehensive understanding of **logistics** and supply chain operations is essential. We maintain a rigorous **safety** culture and expect all employees to strictly adhere to **PPE** requirements and follow all established safety procedures to prevent accidents. Some **lifting** of materials up to 35 pounds may be required as part of inventory verification. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using inventory management software, possess strong data analysis skills, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for identifying trends in inventory data, recommending improvements to storage and handling processes, and contributing to overall warehouse **logistics** efficiency. We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy. A minimum of two years of experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
