You will be responsible for accurately retrieving and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity and timely dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists, orders, or scanning devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage prepared orders for loading and shipping, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking and packing areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues with equipment to management promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to handle Lifting of up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
