Join our growing logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee, as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment promptly and correctly. You will be working in a dynamic environment, utilizing warehouse equipment and adhering to strict Safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Use of order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Perform tasks involving physical activity, including frequent Lifting of products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse/logistics role is beneficial but not required. Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing required PPE. Basic understanding of inventory control is a plus. Team player with a positive attitude. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role in logistics.
