We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our busy facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is essential to our Logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the efficient flow of inventory and ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We prioritize Safety and provide comprehensive training, along with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a secure workplace. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items. Your dedication and hard work are key to maintaining our high standards in Logistics. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
