Key responsibilities include order picking, quality checks, packaging, and preparing orders for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety is essential; you must follow all established protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including frequent movement, standing for extended periods, and regular Lifting of packages. - Accurately pick products based on order specifications using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Prepare and stage orders for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, ensuring compliance with PPE guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures relevant to the role and warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically capable of standing for long hours, walking, bending, and performing regular Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
