You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory onto shelves, picking items for orders, packing finished orders, and preparing them for shipment. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and all team members are required to follow company safety guidelines rigorously and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves physical demands, such as frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and requires the stamina to work effectively in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who can contribute positively to our team and our logistics processes. Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against order forms.
- Place received items into designated storage locations accurately.
- Select items from inventory based on order tickets or electronic requests.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
- Operate manual material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety rules, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
