You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse efficiently, picking items from shelves using RF scanners, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety are paramount. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emphasize a safe working environment. This role involves frequent movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to perform regular Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners to locate products and confirm picks.
- Transport picked items to the designated staging area.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all picked items.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Meet daily picking performance targets.
- Report any issues with inventory or equipment promptly.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be willing to wear and properly use all provided PPE.
