We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a pivotal role in our logistics network, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders from picking to packing and shipping. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and product integrity. Key responsibilities include accurately picking items, ensuring correct packaging, and preparing orders for dispatch. A keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to Safety are essential for success. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. The role requires regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely and correctly labeled.
- Process outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Utilize all assigned PPE correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be willing to wear and properly use all required PPE.
