We have immediate openings for Warehouse Workers at our Dallas, Texas location. This position is instrumental in our daily **Logistics** operations, ensuring the smooth movement and organization of goods within our facility. Responsibilities include receiving and processing shipments, storing items, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch. A strong commitment to **Safety** and meticulous attention to detail are essential to maintain efficiency and accuracy. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a productive team atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and checking for damages.
- Properly store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for orders based on received requisitions or electronic lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to **Safety** standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment responsibly.
- Wear and utilize all required **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and stock counts.
- Support **Logistics** coordinators and supervisors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to **Lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding and compliance with all **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Knowledge of **Logistics** processes is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
