Our Dallas, Texas warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team. This role offers a comprehensive introduction to warehouse operations, involving tasks such as receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and loading/unloading. You will be part of a team committed to efficiency and safety. We provide all necessary PPE and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding position that requires an individual who is reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
- Prepare and pack products for outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
- Use pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials.
- Inspect products for damage and report issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Team-oriented and able to work cooperatively with others.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
