Opportunity awaits for a motivated Material Handler in our Tampa, Florida distribution center. We need reliable individuals to manage the flow of goods, ensuring inventory is accurately stored and readily available for order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include operating material handling equipment, organizing inventory, and assisting with loading and unloading. A strong commitment to **safety** is a must, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all **safety** protocols. This role is vital to our **logistics** chain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse activities. We pride ourselves on a secure and well-maintained facility. Key duties include:
- Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Moving and organizing materials within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading freight from trucks.
- Conducting inventory counts and verifying stock accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Following **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements meticulously.
- Assisting with order picking and packing as needed.
- Participating in **lifting** and moving of heavy items.
