We manage projects from concept through completion to protect design integrity, budget, and client satisfaction.

As Construction Manager , you’ll lead the full lifecycle of residential landscape construction projects—ensuring every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and to M. Hudson Design standards.
This is a leadership position for an A Player : someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-trust environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of landscape construction—from design handoff to project closeout.
  

• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure precision, safety, and excellence.
  

• Lead client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
  

• Monitor design implementation to ensure alignment with intent and quality standards.
  

• Run weekly team sprints, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

• Uphold company core values through leadership, communication, and action.
  

• Projects consistently delivered on time and within budget.
  

• Clients rate their experience above target satisfaction scores.
  

• Zero safety incidents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-end residential landscape construction.
  

• Strong technical knowledge in landscape construction, including hardscapes, grading, drainage, irrigation, and lighting.
  

• Skilled in project management tools and Google Workspace.
  

• Exceptional communication and leadership ability.
  

• PMP certification preferred.
  

• Base Salary: $95,000–$125,000
  

• Bonus: Up to 30% annual performance-based incentive
