At Villani Landshapers, we don't just install landscapes — we craft outdoor experiences. We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who brings hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and an eye for detail to every job site.

• Lead & Work Hands-On with a crew of 2–8 team members
  
• Build beautiful landscapes : patios, walkways, retaining walls, natural stone features, planting beds, and more
  
• Install a wide variety of plant material : trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals — all according to precise landscape plans
  
• Own the outcome : take full responsibility for jobsite quality, safety, efficiency, and crew performance
  
• Train & mentor crew members with a focus on best practices, safety, and professionalism
  
• Manage project flow : interpret blueprints, track budgets, and stage materials efficiently to stay on schedule and under hours
  
• Operate equipment safely and teach others to do the same
  
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality installation

Required Skills

?? 3+ years of landscape construction experience

?? Proven leadership ability and a passion for training others

?? Comfort with jobsite tools, heavy equipment, and reading landscape blueprints

?? Physically fit and able to work up to 12-hour days in all weather

?? Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

?? Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus

?? An eye for detail and the drive to do things right the first time
