S&K Building Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and inspire a high-performing team. This is a key leadership role in a dynamic environment focused on service excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive team success, and ensure exceptional service quality. This role oversees all branch functions-staffing, scheduling, payroll, equipment management-while fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and compliance
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams

• Build, coach, and retain a high‑performing team; promote accountability, growth, and a positive culture.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure service quality and address issues quickly and effectively.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct quality audits and implement improvements
• Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth
• Oversee payroll, operational reporting, and labor forecasting

• Execute company initiatives and support organizational goals with a results‑driven mindset

• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the service industry
• 3+ years in operations or branch management
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary Between $70,000 to $90,000
