Job Overview
Join us as a Team Member and become the heart of our fast growing irrigation and lighting business. Come along side the owner and learn the basics all the way to mastering In this lively role, you will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling irrigation start ups, repairs and winterizations. You'll also be installing and repairing low voltage outdoor lighting. We also handle other duties beyond these categories as we see fit. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a fun atmosphere. Whether you're assisting with repairs, interacting with customers, your energy and teamwork will drive our success every day.

Duties

• Start-up, repair, winterize sprinkler systems.
• Irrigation systems are complex and so the duties go beyond the three items mentioned.
• Install, repair, and revamp low-volage outdoor lighting systems.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Keep a well maintained work environment including truck or van, tools and supplies.
• Previous experience in irrigation or lighting environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Willing to learn.
• Familiarity with software used for scheduling on Ipad.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Ability to perform basic math for irrigation and lighting calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, lift, dig, troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work outside in all seasons, weather, and temperatures.
• Willing to drive around most of Gloucester county and the Main Line of Pennsylvania.
