A well-established and growing freight forwarding company based in Cork is seeking an Internal Freight Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in freight forwarding who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  
• Generate new business opportunities within the Irish freight and logistics market
  
• Manage inbound sales enquiries and provide competitive freight quotations
  
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business
  
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

• Previous experience in freight forwarding sales or internal freight sales
  
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes across air, sea, and/or road freight xcfaprz
  
• Experience working within the Irish logistics or freight market
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
