Specialist Data Analytics

Description

This role supports the organization by enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying performance trends, and uncovering opportunities for improvement across business units. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful analysis that supports business goals.

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
  
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate findings effectively.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance.
  

• 
  
• Level 8 Degree or higher in Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
