Sales Executive

Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting a Sales Executive to represent BYD at our Swords dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional to build a rewarding career with one of Ireland’s leading motor retailer groups.

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Proactively sell new and used vehicles, maximising profitability across the value chain
• Deliver excellence in customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
• Consistently implement the Bright sales process

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales environment
• Previous experience in motor sales is essential for this role
• Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude

• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
