Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are on the lookout for a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, where we create a nurturing environment for children aged 8-18 facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You’ll be part of a family-oriented home in Capernwray, Carnforth, supporting a maximum of four young people.
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Team Leader, you will:
- Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our young residents.
- Support the continuous improvement and development of our home, which is rated 'Outstanding' or 'Good' by Ofsted.
- Step in for the Registered Manager when they are not present, taking charge of all day-to-day aspects of the home.
- Ensure compliance with care plans, legal requirements, and Ofsted standards.
- Foster an open, inclusive atmosphere where children feel they belong.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A full UK driving license.
- Your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
- A passion for supporting young people and a commitment to our ethos.
