Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Capernwray, Carnforth

Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.

Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, where we create a nurturing environment for young people. In our family-oriented children's home, you will work closely with a maximum of four young residents, guiding them through their social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home.
• Help create a safe, secure, and positive environment for our young residents.
• Assist in maintaining our 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings through continuous improvement.
• Be a role model and mentor for young people aged 8-18.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, legal requirements, and company policies.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full UK driving license.
• Your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with a supportive team.
• Engage in regular supervisions and staff meetings.
• Be involved in menu planning and food preparation.
