You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that every item meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and update order statuses in real-time.
- Pack products carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order details and quantities before preparing for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE .
- Requires ability to perform moderate physical work, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and wearing required protective gear.
