Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders or packing lists.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and stage products for outbound shipments using pick tickets or scanners.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery vehicles, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in inventory management processes, including cycle counting and stocktaking.
- Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
