We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Miami, Florida. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics hub. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will work with a diverse range of products, ensuring they are handled with care and stored correctly. Safety is a core value in our operations, and you will be expected to follow all established Safety protocols, including the proper use of required PPE. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs and periods of standing, walking, and bending. We are looking for team players who are committed to accuracy and efficiency. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred, but we offer thorough training for motivated candidates. Understanding the flow of goods within a logistics network is a plus. You will be operating basic warehouse equipment and assisting with maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and maintain all required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics operations.
