As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, requiring adherence to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
