Our Madison, Wisconsin warehouse is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. This is a general labor position essential for the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking shelves, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are key requirements for this role. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all warehouse tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment is a top priority. All Warehouse Workers are expected to strictly adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE . This position requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent Lifting , standing, walking, bending, and carrying throughout the shift. Experience with basic warehouse equipment and an understanding of logistics principles are beneficial but not always required, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Support overall logistics operations.
- Engage in regular Lifting and physical tasks.
