We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our Logistics network. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and efficiency. You will be expected to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and moderate Lifting. Strict adherence to all company Safety policies and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable career in a dynamic warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and unloading of shipments.
- Put away inventory accurately into designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Support team members and contribute to achieving daily targets in Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
