Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transport, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock accuracy.
- Follow all established safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of safe lifting practices and warehouse safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must adhere to all PPE requirements.
