We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is fundamental to the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, and we are looking for individuals who share that commitment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and products.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and item lists.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including Lifting up to 55 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with logistics best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Safety protocols and procedures.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
