We are hiring an energetic Order Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse operations in Miami, Florida! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are key to ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly. You will use scanning devices to track inventory and ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected. A strong commitment to Safety is essential; you must consistently follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent walking, bending, and Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for shipment consolidation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse Safety regulations.
- Operate order picking equipment as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and bending, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
